Within the scope of the service provision, the following may be provided: analysis of current legislation regulating the activities of limited liability companies (or additional liability companies); providing explanations regarding changes in legislation and their consequences for companies; conducting consulting activities to clarify new requirements of current legislation to the executive body (and/or supervisory board, board of directors) of companies; providing other services.
Consulting on the organization, convening and holding of general meetings of members, meetings of the company's bodies, registration of their results; development of relevant draft documents.
Within the scope of the service provision, the following may be provided: analysis of current versions of the Statute of limited liability companies (or additional liability companies) in terms of convening, holding and formalizing the results of general meetings of company members; providing explanations regarding the procedure for convening general meetings of company members (and/or the supervisory board, board of directors of these companies); providing explanations regarding the procedure for holding general meetings of company members, as well as formalizing the results of the general meetings of company members; providing other services.
Consulting on the development of the Statute and internal regulations of the company (regarding the company's bodies).
Within the scope of the service provision, the following may be provided: analysis of current versions of the Statute and internal regulations of limited liability companies (or additional liability companies); development of draft constituent documents and internal regulations of companies; provision of consultations on approval of new versions of constituent documents of companies; provision of other services.
Consulting on the preparation of minutes of the company's bodies (general meetings of members, executive body and others (if any).
Within the scope of the service provision, the following may be provided: analysis of current versions of the Statute of limited liability companies (or additional liability companies) for requirements for the execution of minutes of management and control bodies of companies; development of draft minutes (decisions) of general meetings of company members or executive bodies and/or other company bodies (if they are created); provision of consultations on the compliance of decisions made at general meetings of company members, as well as decisions of other company bodies with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
Consulting on amendments to legislation relating to corporate governance.
Within the scope of the service provision, the following may be provided: analysis of changes in legislation regulating the activities of limited liability companies (or additional liability companies); assessment of the impact of such changes on the activities of companies; assessment of potential risks for companies in connection with changes in legislation.
Consulting on the establishment, reorganization, liquidation of a company.
Within the scope of the service provision, the following may be provided: providing consultations on the procedure for establishing limited liability companies or additional liability companies, the procedure for reorganization and liquidation of companies; developing draft documents related to the establishment, reorganization or liquidation of companies; other consultations on the establishment, reorganization and liquidation of a company.
Consulting on the interaction of the company with its members and investors, the procedure for providing information and documents at the requests of members and investors, as well as other issues related to the company's obligations to members and investors.
Within the scope of the service provision, the following may be provided: providing consultations on the rights and obligations of members in limited liability companies (or additional liability companies); providing consultations on the procedure for the company to provide information at the request of members and/or investors; consultations on ensuring the confidentiality of information when transferring it to members and/or investors; providing other consultations on the interaction of the company with its members and investors.
Consulting on the development of civil law agreements, employment agreements (contracts) with members of the executive body and other bodies (if any).
Within the scope of the service provision, the following may be provided: providing consultations on the development of civil law agreements; developing draft civil law agreements with officials of the company's management and control bodies; providing consultations on employment agreements with officials of the company's management and control bodies, developing draft employment agreements with the company's management and control bodies; analyzing existing employment and/or civil law agreements with officials of the company's management and control bodies.
Organization and preparation of documents for notarial certification, support in performing notarial actions.
Within the scope of the service provision, the following may be provided: providing consultations on preparing documents for notarization; assistance in scheduling and conducting meetings with notaries to perform transactions and other notarial actions.
Consulting on state registration of changes in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations.
Within the scope of the service provision, the following may be provided: providing consultations on preparing documents for state registration; recommendations on the necessary documents for making changes to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations, preparing applications for registration of changes to information about companies; support at all stages of submitting documents for state registration of changes; providing consultations on the requirements for drawing up documents for state registration of changes to information about companies contained in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations.
Consulting on the alienation, purchase and sale of shares/stocks in the authorized capitals of business companies.
Within the scope of the service provision, the following may be provided: analysis of draft agreements for the purchase and sale of shares/stocks; verification of agreements for compliance with legislation and the interests of the parties; provision of consultations on the preparation of documents for the purchase and sale of shares/stocks; support of negotiations between the parties; other services on the purchase and sale of shares/stocks in the authorized capitals of business companies.

Within the scope of the service provision, the following may be provided: analysis of documents, claims, etc. and provision of legal positions and conclusions on corporate governance issues.

Within the scope of the service provision, the following may be provided: providing consultations on the rights of members in limited liability companies (or additional liability companies); providing consultations on corporate disputes; analyzing legal risks in the activity of the company and recommendations for their minimization; providing consultations on other issues related to the activity of the company.
