Services provided by the Company in the field of analysis, processing and preparation of documents of foreign companies for their use:

1. Document processing and analysis.

Within the scope of the service provision, the following may be provided: 

• checking documents for compliance with format and standards requirements;

• identifying and eliminating inconsistencies or errors in documentation;

• checking for the availability of the necessary signatures and seals;

• preparing recommendations for further processing or use of documents;

• preparation (formation) of packages of documents for identification of foreign companies before counterparties in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

2. Consulting on document processing.

Within the scope of the service provision, the following may be provided: 

• providing information on the requirements and rules for document processing;

• consultations on choosing the necessary forms, templates or document forms;

• explanations on the necessary documents to resolve specific situations;

• consultations on obtaining the necessary signatures and seals;

• recommendations on avoiding errors or shortcomings in documentation;

• correction or prevention of possible problems with document processing;

• preparation of recommendations on improving the document processing process;

• consultations on document processing in accordance with legislation or standards;

• answers to the questions of clients on specific aspects of document processing.

3. Consulting on document translation.

Within the scope of the service provision, the following may be provided: 

• identification of language needs and specific requirements for the translation of specific documents;

• recommendations on preserving the format and structure of the document during translation;

• preparation and selection of terminological bases or glossaries to ensure uniform terminology in translation;

• identification and resolution of specific language difficulties or untranslatable expressions in documents;

• translation quality control and correction of possible errors or inaccuracies;

• consultations on documentary requirements and document formats in different countries or areas of activity;

• recommendations on the legal aspect of translation and legalization of documents for international use;

• individual consultations on the choice of language strategies and approaches for a specific translation.

4. Preparation of documents for notarization.

Within the scope of the service provision, the following may be provided: 

• preparation of copies for notarization, including color or black-and-white copies;

• stapling copies of documents in accordance with the requirements of notarial legislation;

• preparation of documents for printing, including text formatting, page layout, printing instructions, etc.

5. Providing services for interaction with notaries regarding notarization of documents.

Within the scope of the service provision, the following may be provided: 

• explaination of  the procedures and requirements related to notarization of documents and assistance in determining the necessary documentation;

• determination of the necessary documents for notarization and preparing them in accordance with the requirements;

• arrangement of a meeting with the notary, determining the time and place of notarization of documents;

• provision of support services to the client during the meeting with the notary and signing of documents;

• clarifying any questions or clarifications with the notary during the notarization of documents;

• organization of obtaining of copies of the certified documents and its transfer to the client;

• provision of consultations or assistance in case of any questions or needs of the client regarding the certified documents.
